There is no charge for this service, as we believe it's a necessary part of any complete web hosting package. (Although you'd be hard pressed to find another web hosting company offering this service!)

It only takes one time, when you're having your site hosted by someone who won't even give you a phone number (much less, an 800 number) for you to realize that if your e-mail goes down, you suddenly have no way of getting in touch with support to tell them about it! Take a moment to drink that thought in. This is NOT a live support line, but a convenient alternative to reporting problems by email. Don't let e-mail, modem, keyboard, or any other problems keep you from being able to contact support when you need them!

Of course, with BCSWebCo you'll still have free, unlimited e-mail support as well, and we do ask that you use that unless it's an emergency (so we can keep our cost down, and pass it on to you) but isn't it nice to know that you can get professional help as easy as making a toll free phone call?

Even with e-mail support, we answer as quickly as possible (usually within 12 hours, and often within minutes) so you will always have our friendly, highly trained staff of support professionals at your disposal. If for some reason you have not heard back from support by e-mail within 24 hours, we consider that an emergency, and want you to e-mail Emergency@BCSWebCo.com and let us know!
