Referral Program Terms

By submitting our sign-up form you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Referral program participation is limited to US and Canadian based sites.
2. "Tell-a-Friend" (TAF) participation is limited to BCSWebCo hosting clients. TAF terms and conditions are outlined at http://www.bcswebco.com/support/tellfriend.html
3. Approval for participating in the BCSWebCo referral program is at the sole discretion of BCSWebCo. We reserve the right to limit participation and discontinue the program at any time.
4. A completed sale is defined as a valid purchase of a web site hosting package through BCSWebCo. If a sale is cancelled within 30 days of ordering hosting service it is not termed valid.
5. While we make every effort to ensure accurate tracking of referred sales, we are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate links, improper coding, and network problems.
6. All payments made through this program are defined as referral fees.
7. Referral fees are credited on/about 30 days after a completed sale.
8. Referral fees are processed on or about the 15th day of each month.
9. Our current standard referral fee is $15 for each valid package sale. Should this amount change in the future you will be provided notice by email. Bonus amounts are offered during certain time periods.
10. It is your responsibility to report all fees received to the proper taxing authority.
11. You agree that you will display in/on your site only those graphic images (indicating a link to BCSWebCo) that are provided by BCSWebCo.
12. Individuals or organizations found to be circumventing, abusing, or manipulating the referral system by any means will be found in violation of this agreement and immediately removed from program participation. Any outstanding referral fees due will be forfeit.
13. BCSWebCo's failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such a provision or any provision of this Agreement.
